4. Pemandian Alam Pincuran Tujuh
Address: Jl. Raya Air Dingin, Balai Gadang, Kec. Koto Tangah
This is a highly recommended natural hot spring located in the Lubuk Minturun area, close to the Padang bypass road. It can easily be reached by car or bicycle, with available parking facilities.
The provided trekking path is safe and enjoyable, with beautiful natural views and clear water. The managers of this hot spring are very friendly and welcoming to visitors.

5. Ngungun Saok
Address: Lubuk Minturun, Koto Tangah, Padang City
This trek is not suitable for beginners as it is very steep and slippery, especially when it is raining. There are no signs, so be careful not to get lost in the forest.
This is a hidden paradise in the city of Padang. You only need to pay for parking and an entrance fee of 5,000 IDR, then walk down the hill, crossing a large wooden bridge.
Continue walking down the steep cliffs, but the path is sturdy with rocks and tree roots. If it has just rained or is currently raining, it is not recommended to come here.
The route to get here is: Padang – Bypass – Lubuk Minturun – Jembatan Lubuk Minturun, after the bridge turn right and continue through the villa area, pass the ice factory (small road after the ice factory towards Pincuran 7 waterfall), straight on the dirt road to Solok.
On the right, a little uphill you will see the parking area. Take the left path to reach the waterfall.

6. Lubuak Paraku
Address: Indarung, Lubuk Kilangan, Padang City
This is a beautiful and clean natural hot spring, the water is fresh from the mountains. The place is close to the main road, the water is clear, clean and cool.
However, the place is not well-maintained and cars cannot drive all the way to the pool.
The bike ride to get there is only a gentle slope, but it’s worth it to reach Lubug Paraku, see the clear and flowing water, cool air and the amazing nature.
And when returning to the city, you can enjoy the descent of the road with care.
This place is very good, beautiful and suitable for a photo object, with blue, cool and clear water, making you feel comfortable and want to stay there for a long time.
The road access to this place is not good from the main road intersection and the distance from the main road to inside is about 100 meters.
The fee when I went there was Rp 5,000 per person. The parking is also less available, so you have to be careful in looking for parking. In addition, the path to the pool feels slippery because of the moisture and moss.
7. Lubuk Ngalauan – Sungai Bangek
Address: Balai Gadang, Koto Tangah, Padang City
Lubuak Ngalauan is a location that is not far from UIN Imam Bonjol Padang campus, located specifically in Sungai Bangek, Lubuk Minturun, Padang.
Access to the waterfall begins from the parking location located near the shop at the edge of the river before the new UIN Imam Bonjol campus.
Follow the river for about 1 km, then enter the forest and the land of the local people for about 1.5 km. Then return along the river for about 300 meters and reach the Lubuk Ngalauan waterfall.
The normal travel time from the parking location to the waterfall is around 30-60 minutes.
With proper manners, you can ask for help from local residents who will take you to the location for a very affordable price.
From the parking location, you must travel along the river for about an hour. This place is a newly dammed river, making it like a waterfall. Underneath it is a natural pool with fresh water that can be directly consumed.
8. Air Terjun Lubuk Hitam
Address: Teluk Kabung Utara, Bungus, Kota Padang
Air Terjun Lubuk Hitan is one of the natural tourism destinations that presents beautiful and refreshing views. This waterfall consists of 3 levels each with its own uniqueness.
To reach level 2 and 3, the trail to be taken is quite steep and challenging. However, after arriving at the location, all the effort will be paid off with the beauty of the views offered.
Level 3 is the highest level of this waterfall. From here, we can see a very beautiful sea view from a height. This view is very suitable to be captured in photos or videos.
